Dear doctor,

Thank you for seeing Ms Ramona who's a 40 year-old lady. She presented to me with feeling of tiredness for the past 3 months. She also admits to have lost 4 kg over this 4 months. I have done her thyroid function test and full blood count and both are normal.

Kindly review her for further evaluation and management.
